At Alternative Brewing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee brewing equipment and accessories. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a straightforward return process for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that perishable goods like coffee beans cannot be returned.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and send them back to us using a tracked shipping service of your choice.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
